Mr. Fadipe obtained Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from Yaba College of Technology and Bachelor? Degree in Accounting from University of Lagos. He was admitted into the membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1997 having passed the qualifying examinations of the Institute.

Mr. Fadipe joined the Group in 1993 as a Management Trainee. He was the Finance Manager, Honeywell Group, before his deployment to Honeywell Flour Mills Plc in 2002. He was appointed into his current position in December 2005.
